SAWL steel pipes, ie longitudinally welded, are offered in the diameter range from DN 400 to DN 2000. SAWL pipes up to the diameter of DN 1000 are delivered with one weld, up to the diameter of DN 1600 with two, and above this diameter with three welds. On special request, we can deliver SAWL pipes with thick walls, i.e. in the range from 35 to 70 mm *. The longitudinally welded pipes offered by us are made of normalized and thermomechanically rolled steel. Additionally, for a specific order, we offer pipes made of special, unalloyed, low-alloy and calmed steel. The weld of SAWL pipes is subjected to destructive tests using the radiological method. The pipes themselves, on the other hand, are subjected to a hydraulic leakage test. SAWL pipes offered by DPM INDUSTRY can be successfully used for the production of induction arcs.
